I help organisations bring about transformational change and create sustainable long-term health. I am an experienced facilitator, educator and coach of senior management teams. I run open and tailored courses for organisational leaders and practitioners on the subjects of leadership, learning, development, change and organisational consulting.
I have 20 years experience as a management consultant, initially as a marketing and business strategist, then as an expert in contact centres, CRM and customer services and more recently as an organisational change consultant. Since gaining an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies with the University of Surrey I have continued to explore a diverse range of disciplines and apply them to organisational practice. I am a certified practitioner in NLP and Spiral Dynamics and have spent four years studying with the Institute of Psychosynthesis.
My wife Diana and I own a small chateau in southern France which we run as a chambres d'hotes and are developing as a venue for business courses and management retreats (12 rooms). In the future I would like to run more professional and leadership development courses from Chateau Chavagnac, as well as provide facilitation to management teams for their off-sites.
I currently split my time between helping run our Chateau business in France, and working as consultant for mainly UK clients.
